Shipping & Returns

At Callejón Figurón, we take great care in packaging every figure to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Below you will find our shipping and returns information.

1. Worldwide Shipping

We ship our magical figures to collectors around the world. Every order is carefully packaged with protective materials befitting collector-grade pieces.

  • Spain: 3–5 business days · Free shipping on orders over €60
  • European Union: 5–8 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days depending on destination

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that during peak seasons or for custom/limited-edition items, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

4. Installment Payments

We offer installment payment options via PayPal for eligible orders. This option is available at checkout for orders meeting the minimum threshold.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The item is in its original, unaltered condition
  • It is in its original packaging
  • You contact us before sending the return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@callejonfiguron.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your figure arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized pieces made to order
  • Digital products (3D illustrations)
  • Items marked as final sale

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
